Salem, NH January 8, 2004 - iCentrix Corp has been invited to present a technology track at the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare Annual Training Conference in New Orleans, LA. Joined by industry expert, Dale Jarvis, CPA, from MCPP Healthcare Consulting in Seattle WA. and Carol Farmer, Associate Executive Director of Community Council of Nashua, New Hampshire, this presentation will explore new ways to empower executives, supervisors and clinicians, using real-time, interactive reporting systems. This approach has directly lead to a variety of process improvement throughout Community Council at all levels.
The presentation is entitled "The Next Generation of Reporting Tools for Behavioral Health Organizations - Bringing Caseload, Productivity, and Service Delivery Information to the Desktops of Every Clinician." This will follow a case study approach on how Community Council of Nashua New Hampshire is using their wealth of collected information to create Key Performance Indicators for process improvement. Carol will draw from her 35+ years experience in mental health along with the expertise applied by iCentrix to candidly talk about how this new systems approach has translated to results.
Says, Steve Keller, President and one of the founders of iCentrix, "This is an exciting time to be able to help showcase the successful results of a client in front of a national audience. Carol has been a leader in promoting real-time access to productivity and other areas that have helped create efficiencies throughout her organization. This will be an excellent opportunity to share her experiences with colleagues in the industry."
This technology exchange was the brainchild of Dale Jarvis, CPA, Principal and Director of Financial and Information Services for MCPP Healthcare Consulting. Having seen the Executive Dashboard approach and various KPI’s being provided by iCentrix for various mental health agencies, Dale felt this could benefit a wide audience if presented from the standpoint of the end user.
