Salem, NH July 28, 2003 - iCentrix Corp has continued to build on their expertise in the area of behavioral health and real time, interactive KPI reporting systems with the announcement of a new client, Riverbend Community Mental Health of Concord, NH. The new system being deployed for Riverbend includes the development of a web-based, Productivity Management System as well as an Executive Dashboard designed to highlight the various Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of their operations.

While working in conjunction with their Information Management Systems including CMHC Systems and others, this application is providing real time information to all levels of management and staff throughout the organization including administrators, program directors, clinicians, service coordinators, and employees.

Also collaborating on the project was Behavioral Information Systems of Lebanon, NH. Specializing in the day to day operations and consulting for numerous CMHC Systems users, BIS offered a keen insight into how the system might operate, not only from a user's perspective but, also that of senior management. "iCentrix was able to develop a solution based on Riverbend's processes as opposed to having to change Riverbend's methodology to fit an off-the-shelf product," reflected Mary Proulx, the KPI analyst on the project. "We were looking at some other solutions for KPI's, but we thought the accessibility to staff members and the interactive drill-downs offered by iCentrix would make a big difference in the success of the whole approach."
