Salem, NH May 16, 2004 - Salem, NH - iCentrix Corp has begun work with The Howard Center for Human Services in Burlington, VT to create a Productivity Management System for Key Performance Indicator reporting. This will give them real-time insight into productivity and other indicators used for process improvement and managing to benchmarks. The new system will take advantage of web technology, a data warehouse and Business Intelligence tools to create a collaborative environment where everyone is able to work towards individual and team goals more easily.
Designed to extract information from a number of systems and store in a centralized database for reporting, this application will provide real-time information to all levels of management and staff throughout the organization including administrators, program directors, clinicians, service coordinators, and employees.
Russ Stratton, Director of IT had envisioned this type of reporting system as a streamlined approach for supporting his user base of over 800 staff. "By using real time, interactive reporting, we will be able to more easily distribute information while easing the demand for batch reports. Given the number of locations and regions we service, this will have a huge impact on how we manage productivity", said Stratton.
