Salem, NH, May 31, 2002 -iCentrix announces a newly formed partnership with the New York office of Tribal DDB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the DDB Worldwide Communications Group, Inc.
Under this agreement iCentrix will provide key enabling technology and technical services to the New York office of Tribal DDB in delivery and support of interactive media projects. iCentrix Integrated Component Environment (ICE) will be implemented as the underlying technical framework in development and delivery of interactive media projects and will serve as the basis for future scalability and growth.
"This is a perfect match!" -Bob Palmer, General Manager, Tribal DDB New York
"We have tremendous creative depth and talent here at Tribal and we like to focus our energy on what we do best, creativity and brand building. But we also realize that as the web matures and people get more accustomed to interacting with the web, our solutions also need to keep pace and get more sophisticated. So we are constantly looking for ways to improve and increase our customer value."
"This is where a partnerships with iCentrix works so well for us. By having both companies focus on their individual core competencies, we jointly provide the best possible value to our customers, while delivering quality, cost effective, world class branding and web applications" -Bob Palmer, General Manager, Tribal DDB New York
iCentrix enabling technology (ICE) was developed to implement e-Business Management Systems (EBMS). This environment has been reused to implement a wide range of disparate web-based information systems including e-Business operation, B2B collaboration catalog and promotion management, claims and payment processing, customer service and fulfillment support.
An advanced framework design technology is used to create a set of components and data that are wired together into an integrated environment that captures broad application package level functionality, in much the same way that an accounting or an inventory management package functions. At the same time however, the components can be controlled by values of attributes or dynamically reconnected to other components to customize the functionality, allowing a broader range of capability than is customary for typical application packages.
"We are obviously very excited about this opportunity and are thrilled to be working so closely with Tribal. We have already met, discussed technology, process issues and jointly presented to clients."
"When it comes to web applications, our ICE technology in conjunction with evolutionary development is very tough to beat. We have a proven track record of on time and on budget deliveries and are looking forward to continuing this with Tribal and their distinguished clients." -Alex Suyer, Partner, iCentrix Corp.
