February 2005 - iCentrix to Exhibit at National Conference for Behavioral Healthcare.

Salem, NH - iCentrix Corp will take part in the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare (NCCBH) Annual Training Conference in San Francisco, CA. March 12 - 15, 2005. This will be their second year of participation in what many view as the single, most important show of its kind. Recognized nationally as a leading enabler of Management Information Reporting Systems for Behavioral Health Centers, iCentrix has helped many organizations break new ground by implementing key performance indicator tracking systems company wide. Using an Executive Dashboard approach and tools that everyone is familiar with, iCentrix works with each agency to develop and deploy scorecard reports that they most urgently need.

Steve Keller, iCentrix’s President, has been an outspoken proponent of this approach for several years. Says Keller," Having worked with many agencies, we recognized early on that they are all different in the way they manage their resources. A product approach to unique problems will lead to more systems that people will not use. When a performance indicator accurately reflects the operation such as productivity, everyone uses the system." Adds Keller, "We spend the time up front to get it right. This is where you see real process improvement."

iCentrix recognized that people want to have some level of control as far as maintaining and extending their systems. By using standard Microsoft tools and data warehouse technology, these systems become fully integrated with other strategic systems. Doug Philipon, VP of Sales and Marketing for iCentrix reminds us that it is a bad strategy to build a reporting system tied to any one clinical system. "With our approach, one can combine data from any system including Clinical, Financials, HR, and Payroll. It is typical that we even load spreadsheets that have no real home such as for benchmarks or revenue targets. That way, if you replace a system at some future point, your investment is preserved." Says Philipon, "People are opting for this approach because they don’t need to change their processes to reflect how the software works. We also wanted to avoid costly per seat licenses which, in some ways, defeat the purpose if everyone can’t use it."
