MSDP eForms allows users to easily organize clinical documentation required to establish medical necessity as well as present documentation to third party billing, reimbursement for services provided and audit.
The "Golden Thread" link, as defined by MSDP, ensures that critical information is "filled out" across numerous forms from a single point of entry and is up-to date.
For example: Goals and Objectives entered on the Individualized Action Plan (IAP) are available on Service and Progress notes, as well as diagnosis, demographics and more.
