iCentrix EHR has a built in Alert Notification System (ANS) that notifies users of critical due dates for certain forms (i.e. CAs and IAPs), required addendums and important events. Critical alerts, such as due dates, are automatically created by the system based on established business rules and displayed to the user until acted upon. Additionally, administrators can manually enter alerts for important events that require staff notification. They can enter an alert for a single staff or a group by role, an entire program or all staff. Alert System
The EHR Alert System has broad capability and can be used by supervisors or administrators to notify staff of general events, such as upcoming audits or be very, very specific such that an alert is triggered only when multiple criteria are met on various forms. Critical Due Date Alerts are created when users check certain boxes on the forms. For example, any check box that indicates that a follow-up form is required will be seen as an alert. So will the program specific rules such as requiring an Assessment or Action Plans within certain number of days. This alert will come up immediately after the submission of the form and will count down the days each time the dashboard is used. |
