To facilitate rapid adoption the Dashboard is available using a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. This allows users to implement and use the dashboard without requiring an in-house server, thereby reducing set up and implementation time. In the SaaS model, the server is hosted by iCentrix and users access the system seamlessly via a connection embedded in Excel. Source data is captured by uploading raw data files with preset formats. These file formats have been proven to be directly extractable from the commonly used clinical systems. Processes are set up to allow the data to flow automatically without requiring any user intervention. Once the set-up is complete, users will be able to access information that is up-to-date to the day, providing the latest data on-demand so users can make informed decisions and affect results before they are cast in stone.

For organizations that wish to bring the Dashboard in-house, it is also available as a native model, where the organization purchases a server and runs the system internally.
