Non-technical administration
Content management is made simple by the use of a browser-based administration. This capability allows administrators to gain access to all content stored on the site, as well as change, delete or add it.
Administrators do not need to be familiar with any of the technical aspects of the site. They just need to have the knowledge of the content management user interface. There they can create new content, modify existing, add new elements to forms or pull-downs and add or take away pages.
All of these features are supported and made simple by the ICE-CMS framework, where through the use of ICE-CMS components and "Meta data" stored in a central database, administrators are completely removed from any of the technical aspects of the site.
ICE-CMS solutions are 100% custom. This means that even site administration is tailored specifically to user requirements and data model. So, by the time a site administrator needs to add new content, the management interface already "speaks their language", making administration that much easier.
