Through a secured system Clients are able to gain confidential access to business data, place orders, review histories and make requests. Operators are able to review incoming requests, manage work flow and plan for fulfillment. Fulfillment users have access to the exact information that was submitted by the client and are able to communicate the status of the request back to the originating user. Billing users can track and account for system use on the client level.

RIBS places real time, up-to-date information in front of all users. This is accomplished by integrating all business functions on the data level and by providing a common software platform for data processing. No need to worry about how to extract data, write reports or create new screens.
